About us

We help (tech) professionals and scientists by optimizing their face-to-face communication skills, such as Presenting, Culture, and Leadership skills.

LEX-Company develops and delivers courses rooted in science. All programs are easy to apply.

Since 2012, more than 12,000 international participants joined our programs, from student to CEO. Group sizes varied between 1-2400 participants. This was possible with a network of 20+ partners, such as trainers, actors, and researchers.
