About us

We help international (tech) professionals and scientists by optimizing their face-to-face communication skills, such as Presenting, Culture, and Leadership.

LEX Company develops and delivers courses rooted in science. All programs are easy to apply.

Since 2012, more than 13,000 international participants joined our programs, from student to CEO. Group sizes varied between 1-2400 participants.

Our Experts

Alexandra Sips (MSc)

Alexandra is the founder of LEX Company and an expert trainer in presentation skills, cultural communication, and leadership communication

She oversees all programs developed in collaboration with our clients.

She studied at Leiden University and has also completed courses at Harvard and in Hong Kong.

Dr. Fieke Harinck

Dr. Fieke is a former Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology at Leiden University and was once Alexandra’s supervisor. She is now an expert trainer in leadership and presentation skills.

With over 30 years of experience, she has taught and trained in organizations such as Leiden University, Leiden University Medical Center, and the Kurt Lewin Institute.

Emeritus Prof. Dr. Ir. Henk Sips

Henk is a former Professor of Computer Science who joined us as an intern in 2024. He is now an expert trainer in leadership skills.

He has supervised over 50 PhD candidates, (co-)authored more than 200 scientific papers, and served as Vice Dean.

Vincent Merk

Vincent Merk has joined our team as an expert trainer in cultural skills.

He brings 38 years of experience from his work at Eindhoven University and as an intercultural consultant.
