Program that helps participants (scientific and/or supporting staff) to communicate effectively with international colleagues. After this program, participants are aware of the cultural factors that influence communication with international colleagues. We also help to discuss these cultural differences in a way that is neutral and not offensive. This helps participants successfully navigate an intercultural setting and minimize misunderstandings.

Playful introduction to diversity awareness

Introductory program for awareness of stereotypes and the feeling of belonging. This program is for groups or teams that want to discuss diversity and stereotyping behavior in a light-hearted way. Through a story that is a metaphor for all types of diversity, participants can informally share their experiences of being or being stereotyped at work. Afterwards, there is a brainstorming session about desired behavior in the organization.

I have a different target group than mentioned in the menu. Can I still take a course?

Yes, that is certainly possible. We have already tested the course extensively on the target groups mentioned in the menu. In consultation, we can always adjust the content so that it meets the needs of your target group.

How big are the groups?

Depending on the output you want, you can choose the following group sizes.
  • ​Coaching size — Max. 4 participants
  • Class size — Max. 12 participants
  • Conference size — Max 25 participants
  • Event size — Max 100 participants
  • Large event size — Sky is the limit

Which language?

Our entire offering is available in both Dutch and English. English is the main language in 80% of our services.

Can I purchase large quantities of courses?

LEX Company delivers more than 10 courses per year to various customers. We have a special arrangement for purchasing more than 10 courses per year.

How many hours does a course take?

We have three variants for each topic:
  • Introduction — 2 hours
  • Essentials —  1 daypart
  • In-depth — 1, 2 or 3 days

Can the course also be taken online?

All courses can be offered on-site, online or blended.
  • On-site sessions take place at a location of the customer's choice.
  • Online sessions take place via Zoom (max. 2 hours)
  • Blended courses take place in an online/on-site mix.
